Never. Roofs are soft washed — a low-pressure application that treats the algae, lichen and mildew at the source and lets it rinse away. High pressure on tile or shingle strips granules, cracks tile and drives water under the underlayment. It looks clean for a season and costs a roof.
No. Most of our work happens with the owner elsewhere. We need access to an outdoor spigot and an exterior outlet — or we bring our own water tank and generator if a property is not set up for it. You get before-and-after photos the same day either way.
Yes — fully insured. We will send the certificate of insurance directly to you, your HOA, or your property manager before the first visit. Just ask.
Beds and sensitive plantings are soaked with clean water before we start and rinsed again afterwards, which keeps anything we use from concentrating at the root. Delicate specimens get covered. If something on the property is precious to you, point it out — we will plan around it.
Estimates go out within one business day. Standard washing work is usually scheduled within the same week. Snowbird clients get a fixed recurring slot on the calendar, and existing clients get priority when a storm is coming.
