Coastal and waterfront properties carrying salt film generally want the shorter interval on all three.

Usually. Rust from sprinkler water and fertiliser needs a dedicated treatment rather than pressure — pressure alone just etches around it. Battery acid, deep oil and some tannin staining may lighten rather than vanish, and we will tell you which one you are looking at before you pay for it.
